What a crazy fun night at FHE!!!! Sammy Pyne and Kelli Done planned this entire activity and we had a BLAST!!!!! I was PUMPED for the night-got my Swiss jersey on, my hair up in a ponytail (but still cute ;) ) and my tennis shoes on... I was READY!!!!
Some of the activities included:
Walk the line-this crazy maze of tape on the ground and we were blindfolded.... don't ask how that worked out haha
Lasso (??) the Cow-Joe Cardwell got on this Little Tyke truck and rode around in circles while two members of the same team had to strategically "catch" Joe... the "cowboy" had to balance on a wagon, while the other team member, the "horse", had to pull the wagon after Joe and the cowboy had to lasso him... I was the cowboy! And there's a hilarious video of the whole thing that my friend has.. but I'm trying to get a hold of it..
Human Bowling Pins-yeah... literally. I was squatting in a TINY trash can, set up into a bowling pin line, and someone got into a HUGE trash can from the kitchen and was pushed towards the pins...... OUCH!!!!
Jousting!-Each team had a "knight" which we dressed up to protect and made him a lance. Our "knight" had to balance himself on a wagon, or skateboard and knock the other knight down as we pulled them across the gym.... Ervin passed out after being hit in the face with a lance... We wrapped up the games after that point... go figure ;)
Then! Off to AppleBee's to uphold our new tradition!! It's such a fun group and has been SO good for me to get out, have fun, and "play".
