this song was played in one of my classes the other day-on a day that I really needed to hear it. Who says Music Therapy doesn't work... should just watch this when you're feeling down... on the live version in iTunes she talks about life not being about the destination, but about who we become because of the journey... that could not be more true for my own personal journey through this program. Let's just say... I definitely cried during class. Take 5 minutes... listen... think about it... and know that you are unstoppable!!
