IT'S A.........BABY!!!!

Clocking in at about 11 weeks in size...about 10 weeks and 3 days...we have BABY NELSON!!! =)

At least for myself, I don't think that having a baby has really hit home...until we actually got to see that something was inside Heather's tummy and hear the heartbeat today! IT WAS SO COOL!!!!! =D It's really a feeling that's way too hard to explain, but it makes you feel so good inside and like you are really doing something good in the world! To think that it's only 4cm long right now, but is going to mean the world is quite the experience!

The baby was moving and kicking all over the place when we looked! Turning over and over again...looked straight at us...even got to see the little hands, feet, and the tiny heart beating!! AWESOME!!!!!!! Our OB/GYN doctor is pretty awesome, too! She was really nice...explained everything to me and Heather...and even joked around a lot. I know one thing is for sure...I'm REALLY glad that I'm not a woman! Going to the doctor really makes you appreciate all that you wife has to go through with pregnancy! =) I'll try to be more supportive now!

We'll get to find out what gender our little baby actually is in about 10 more weeks...probably right before Heather's birthday...now that's a good birthday/Father's Day present! The "official" due date is November 3rd...but the doctor said it could be anywhere between the 3rd and the 10th, just depending on when the baby actually wants to come out and join us! We're just excited for it to get here...it's definitely going to be worth the wait!

Now, we just have to get Heather to finish her classes and hopefully me find a better job somewhere else...and we'll be starting our own little family!!! =D

Since the baby news is finally out, there's probably definitely more pictures to come throughout the next 7+ months...before and after the baby comes!! Stay tuned...
