We registered at Kohl's today!!! What a different experience I thought it would be!! Trevor and I didn't argue at all!! It was fantastic!!! The trick??? Men-manipulate your fiance into thinking you don't want to go and make it SEEM like it's HER idea to give you the scanner gun so you can scan all the items :) Women-in your effort to make sure your fiance is entertained, not bored, and cooperates with all of the beautiful ideas you have for your new home.... GIVE HIM THE GUN!!!!! Without question, by my giving him the gun... we saved our marriage ;-) hahaha Just kidding!
But really, it was super fun and really easy!!! We came to beautiful compromises and had a great time :)
After registry, we decided to not attend the SigEp house's Gatsby Party and we went out to dinner with Trevor's Mentee-or "son"-at Chili's. It was super fun to get to know Spencer a little bit more and to be called "Mom and Dad" haha super fun!!!
After dinner, we watched Prince of Persia with Spencer and his girlfriend Berklee at Spencer's dorm. A perfect ending to a great day!!
Ps. I got Cafe Rio for lunch again today :D
